Senior HR Data Analyst

About the Role

Step into a key position where you’ll leverage analytics to guide pivotal decisions, influence strategic initiatives, and amplify HR’s impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Strategy & Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and optimal usage within HRIS.

2. Advanced Reporting & Insights : Develop dashboards and analyses to spotlight trends in recruitment, turnover, and performance.

3. Strategic Workforce Planning : Forecast staffing needs, spot skill gaps, and recommend data-driven hiring & upskilling strategies.

4. Attrition Analysis & Retention : Deep-dive into turnover data, identify root causes, and propose targeted interventions.

5. Employee Engagement : Leverage survey insights to enhance engagement strategies, reduce attrition, and boost productivity.

6. Process Optimization : Pinpoint inefficiencies and drive continuous improvements using data insights.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration : Present compelling data stories across teams and champion evidence-based HR policies.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Data Science preferred)

2. Certification: Mandatory Data Analytics certification

3. Experience : 5+ years in HR Analytics or related data analytics roles

4. Tools Proficiency : Comfortable with Google Workspace and adept in data visualization tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
