Job & Division Summary:
The Sr. Human Resources Executive is a key member of the Ingersoll Rand HR team assisting in roll out of company programs, processes, policies, guidelines and engagement activities at the Global Capability Centre(GCC) site. This position assists with recruitment, employee onboarding, training, engagement, labour compliances and grievance handling. We expect the incumbent to demonstrate ownership mindset to execute goals in line w ith business, functional and site requirements. This individual should be communicative, approachable and willing to go extra mile to ensure engagement and development of employees at site.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless, timely hiring that aligns with workforce plans and capability needs.
- Lead contract staffing engagement, building strong vendor relationships and ensuring responsiveness, compliance, and effective fulfillment for engineering teams
- Deliver a best‑in‑class onboarding experience that reflects our culture and values.
- Ensure all pre‑boarding, orientation, and integration activities follow IR standards and meet employee expectations
- Assist the HR leader with implementation, administration, communication and employee education of company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers by communicating and operationalizing HR policies, programs, and updates.
- Support the HR Leader in driving organizational initiatives with clarity, consistency, and high-quality execution.
- Ensure smooth execution of IR’s Performance Management and Development Planning cycles, educating managers and driving adherence to timelines.
- Enable talent development by supporting capability-building initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Drive engagement actions across the GCC, including survey cycles (e.g., Great Place to Work), communication cascades, reward and recognition, and follow-through on action plans.
- Conduct regular employee connects, support employee relations, and contribute to building a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
- Develop and execute internal training programs to educate stakeholders on policies and processes thereby creating a proactive approach to address gaps and concerns
- Training plan for Global Capability Centre specific actions including TNI, budget allocation, training vendor selection, program design, Enrollment and communication, training effectiveness/ feedback
- Regular communication on training and development calendar, initiatives to involve global HR business partners and report out training metrics to Leadership teams
- Drive employee engagement, which includes engagement survey events, engagement communications and action plan completion.
- Delivering a great internal customer experience for site by connecting with stakeholders and responding in a speedy and friendly manner to queries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure site labour compliances and Also audit contract manpower supplier/vendor labour compliances on regular intervals and corrective actions are taken timely as identified.
- Analyse HR metrics on monthly/quarterly basis to provide decision support based on analysis
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure accurate employee data management, timely employment changes, and correct payroll inputs.
- Adapt technological advancements including AI tools led interventions to improve productivity and employee experience.

Experience
- 8–10 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in engineering, technology, or GCC environments.
- Proven experience across the HR value chain, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
