About the Role

 

The role is within the Research & Analysis (‘R&A’) function to cover large institutional clients based out of Australia region.

 

Research & Analysis is primarily responsible for identifying and effectively managing risks with the Business and acting as the interface between Coverage and Risk. R&A aims to deliver well-balanced outcomes for ANZ, with a strong focus on customer, proactive risk management and efficiency. End-to-end relationship credit management process includes Credit Writing, Risk Grading, Risk Analysis & Credit Approval, Documentation and Portfolio Monitoring (well managed).

What will your day look like?

 

• To perform research & analysis and other credit management activities for large institutional clients.
• End-to-end relationship credit management process covering Credit Writing, Risk Grading, Risk Analysis & Credit Approval, Documentation and Portfolio Monitoring (well managed).
• Preparing and presenting well managed set review (WMSR).

 

What will you bring?

 

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

 

• Credit Analysis skills, ability to identify key risks and mitigants, and provide a clear and balanced recommendation for risk and business approvers
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
• Self-directed, team player, demonstrated ANZ behaviours
• 1-2 years of credit analysis and portfolio management experience in Oil & gas, Metal & mining and commodity sector
• 3-5 years’ work experience in the field of credit analysis (preferably Banks) or research field.
• Preferred, a master’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business or Finance
