Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Project Leadership:

Lead the planning, initiation, execution, and closure of infrastructure projects with a focus on networking, cloud services, and data centers.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects.

🔹 Project Planning & Management:

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, budget, and scope.

🔹 Risk & Issue Management:

Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Escalate critical issues to senior management and stakeholders as required.

🔹 Collaboration & Communication:

Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and status.

Regularly report on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

🔹 Project Documentation & Reporting:

Ensure comprehensive documentation of project phases, deliverables, and milestones.

Maintain and update status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant project documents.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure projects (networking, cloud services, data centers, etc.).

• Project Management Tools:

Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

• Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, including networking, cloud services, data centers, and related technologies.

• Leadership & Team Management:

Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Risk Management:

Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in IT infrastructure projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure architecture.
