We are seeking a skilled and analytical BPM expert professional to join our team. This role involves driving process excellence through modeling and mining using ARIS, Signavio, and Celonis. Skilled in data analysis (ETL, SQL), dashboard creation, and automation, APIs, Python and Java Scripting with experience. Strong collaboration with stakeholders to enhance P2P, O2C, and SCM processes, leveraging BPM frameworks and cloud platforms to deliver innovative, scalable solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and drive data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide process modelling and analysis support to KPMG teams as well as end clients globally on various process modelling tools like ARIS, Signavio, Celonis, etc.
• Participate in process workshops to design and document as-is and to-be process models for clients.
• Design and implement process mining models using tools like Signavio, Celonis, or similar platforms
• Support pursuits by developing content for RFPs as well as participating in client orals.
• Regularly come up with innovative ideas to enhance the team’s offerings as well as culture.
• Understanding of setting-up BPM asset libraries/ reference architecture documentation and content repositories
• Ability to develop ARIS scripts and/or technical solutions for automating routine tasks in ARIS and Signavio
• Collaborate with related ARIS teams to support enhancement of KPMG’s ARIS infrastructure and offerings.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into process mining platforms
• Develop and maintain SQL queries to support data extraction and analysis
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process flows and identify improvement opportunities
• Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and KPIs
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
• Work with data engineering teams to design scalable data pipelines
• Document technical processes and maintain best practices for process mining implementations
• Experience across P2P, O2C, SCM, etc. process areas
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Apply AI/ML techniques to identify patterns, predict process bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations
• Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, process intelligence, and automation
• Support pursuits by developing content for RFPs as well as participating in client orals
• Regularly come up with innovative ideas to enhance the team’s offerings as well as culture
• Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills

• 8+ years work experience in Business Process Management, Process Discovery, Process Modelling, Process Mining, Data mining roles
• Proficiency in Signavio, ARIS, Celonis, or any other leading BPM tools
• Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Understanding of BPMN, EPC and other industry process modelling notations
• Exposure to predictive analytics, anomaly detection, or process automation using AI
• Knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI
• Certification in Process Management, Process mining, Data engineering, or AI/ML is a plus
