Job Description

  • Handling leads/RFPs for South India – Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala as per process inclusive of:
  • Lead qualification
  • Management approval on lead
  • Co-ordination with operations and procurement teams
  • Coordination with legal, compliance teams where documentation is involved
  • Pricing approvals from State lead, regional head and MD prior to submission of proposal
  • Meeting with clients to present our capability/solutions for IFM or Property Management based on requirement.
  • Ensuring timely closure with respect to documentations – LOA and agreements.
  • Ensuring P&L BTR approvals upon confirmation of lead.
  • Quarterly travel to respective states for client engagement/lead generation as necessary
  • Adherence to RFP timelines for submission.
