Senior Manager - Programmatic Partnerships & Data Integration Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Programmatic Sales (PG/PD Deals)
- Identify and close Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Preferred Deals (PD) with key demand partners, agencies, and DSPs.
- Collaborate with sales, ad operations, and brand teams to align targeting and performance objectives.
2. Programmatic Tech & Data Integrations
- Work with internal product and engineering teams to implement programmatic integrations (OpenRTB, Deal ID, etc.).
- Lead integrations with DMPs, CDPs, and measurement partners to enrich inventory and enable audience targeting.
- Liaise with SSPs and DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD) to onboard Zepto's inventory and troubleshoot technical issues.
3. Monetisation Strategy & Analytics
- Monitor deal performance, CPMs, fill rates, and engagement; suggest optimization strategies.
- Own partner relationships end-to-end – onboarding, reporting, and renewals.
- Track industry trends and innovations to evolve Zepto’s ad monetisation roadmap.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media.
- Proven experience closing PG/PD deals with agencies or DSPs.
- Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystem: SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, and measurement partners.
- Experience with GAM (Google Ad Manager), Prebid, OpenRTB, and programmatic ad servers is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with commerce media, retail media networks, or gamification-led advertising is a bonus.
