Our wealth industry solutions seamlessly connect all parts of our clients’ business—across the entire wealth management lifecycle including front-, middle-, and back-office solutions including trading and portfolio management to marketing and multi-channel communications—to optimize advisor productivity, client experience, and operations.

Broadridge is looking for a creative, growth-oriented professional to join our team for the Advisor Compensation family of products within Broadridge.

We provide front-/middle-/back-office solutions & services for Wealth-Management companies in the US and Canada including the top-tier investment banks.

BRACS technology is based on cloud-ready architecture. Most business applications are implemented as web apps built in Angular / .Net. Backend processing is implemented in SQL Server and Python.

Some of the clients are running in AWS (ECS/EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Step Functions), while the others are hosted in a data center.

To provide custom solutions to large enterprise financial firms (e.g. Morgan Stanley, Allstate Insurance, Guardian Insurance, PNC Bank, etc.), BRACS utilizes a proprietary low-code application development platform allowing us to tailor the user experience to client needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and execute automated test cases of new functionality, working at multiple layers in the technology stack including web, microservices, database, and offline processes.
• Work with Developers, Product Owners, and peers to understand wider product functionality, to clarify and inform on test case design, confirm, and document defects accurately.
• Follow team workflow and practices, both in QA and wider Engineering team, and suggest improvements.
• Contribute to estimation exercises that feed into project plans, and keep all teams informed on progress and deviations.
• Participate in selection and execution of regression test phases on new releases.
• Use the test automation framework to automate regression tests and help construct a comprehensive suite.
• Regularly update job knowledge by researching new technologies and tools, participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree or Master’s Degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience in test in a web-based software product environment, preferably with Microsoft .NET applications
• Writing test automation scripts and executing automated tests
• 4-6 Years of experience with JIRA, Selenium or Playwright with type script is must, SQL , TeamCity, Git lab , Automated and manual testing
• Testing in in an AWS environment will be added advantage.
• Experience as an Agile Scrum Master with relevant Certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience working on Agile teams
• Good Analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoys working in a highly effective, deadline driven, and fast-paced team environment.
• Demonstrates creative problem skills, dedication to perfection, and has a results-oriented spirit.
• Domain knowledge of Wealth Management and/or financial services is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to show flexibility and reach compromise where appropriate
• Willingness to take ownership for assigned aspects of the project
• Ability to innovate and iterate, willingness to experiment quickly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work constructively in a shared team environment
• Relevant 3rd level degree or professional qualification
• Good Communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience testing on a major cloud platform e.g., Amazon AWS, Google, Azure
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Agile software project management/bug tracking tools e.g., Jira
• Experience working with Test Case Management Tools e.g., TestRail, HP QC
• Experience in Database Automation Testing tools.
• Experience in the banking and associated financial industries
• ISTQB foundation certified or certified in a recognised Testing certification

Shift Timings: UK Shift (1pm to 10pm)
