Senior Pega Engineer – Decisioning (7+ Years)

Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Pega professional with deep expertise in Pega Decisioning to design and deliver intelligent, data-driven decision solutions that enhance customer outcomes and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Pega Decisioning frameworks including strategies and decision flows.
• Build and manage Next-Best-Action (NBA) and real-time decision solutions.
• Configure decision tables, decision trees, predictive models, and adaptive analytics.
• Integrate Pega Decisioning with upstream and downstream systems.
• Work closely with analytics, data, and business teams to optimize decision outcomes.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance of decisioning solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and solution guidance across initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Pega Decisioning / Customer Decision Hub.
• Strong understanding of NBA, strategies, predictive analytics, and data integration.
• Experience delivering decisioning solutions in enterprise/BFSI contexts.
• Pega Decisioning or CDH certification preferred.
