Senior Principal Consultant – OFSAA Regulatory Reporting, FSDF, DIH, Basel and DGS
Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in OFSAA Regulatory Reporting, you will lead and support the implementation of Oracle's Financial Services Analytical Applications for banking clients. Acting as a technical subject matter expert, you’ll partner with internal teams and client stakeholders to design, deploy, and optimize OFSAA solutions—in particular, modules such as Regulatory Reporting, FSDF, and DIH. Your hands-on expertise with these platforms and strong communication skills will be essential in delivering successful client outcomes and building trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical implementation of OFSAA solutions for key banking clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Oracle best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on the design, configuration, and deployment of OFSAA Regulatory Reporting, FSDF, and DIH modules.
- Coordinate with client-side technical and functional experts, as well as internal Oracle teams, during all phases of implementation.
- Support the complete deployment lifecycle, including installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, integration, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live.
- Document client environment configurations and provide comprehensive technical guidance during and after deployment.
- Deliver hands-on training and knowledge transfer to client and internal teams on OFSAA products, environments, and deployment procedures.
- Foster collaboration and maintain effective working relationships with product engineering, support teams, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing by adopting and disseminating organizational best practices across the OFSAA delivery organization.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of technical implementation experience with OFSAA products, specifically Regulatory Reporting, FSDF, and DIH.
- Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OFSAA solutions in banking environments.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with data integration in large-scale enterprise financial systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have:
- Hands-on experience with additional OFSAA modules, such as ALM, FTP, PFT, or EPM/ERM applications.
- Exposure to UK PRA or EBA regulatory reporting, including COREP and FINREP templates.
- Familiarity with system integration, batch processing, and performance tuning in financial applications.
- Experience training or mentoring technical teams in product deployment and support.
