Inviting applications for the role o f Senior Principal Consultant , Solution Architect , SFDC !

Responsibilities:

• Excellent capabilities in process design ing and redesigning.

• Work closely with client /stakeholders , e xecute workshops, with an ability to understand business requirements and showcase the proposed solution at a detailed level that can be translated into technical solution.

• Converting processes into user stories and working closely with tech team. If deliverables are Process design or document, then should be capable to create business requirement documents and process map .

• A rticulating the business requirement to technical team .

• T est cases validation, provide support to QA in providing business understa n ding , validation of test scripts , participation in UAT test case execution planning and status reporting of UAT in progress .

• Identifying the integration points and mechanism including the security aspects.

• Data model definition, mapping of business process with the features of Salesforce and identifying the custom work that needs to be done.

• Estimate the efforts and create schedule.

• Support pre-sales activities including participating in sales calls and proposal development.

Preferred Skills:

• Y ears of experience in Salesforce ecosystem .

• Must have experience in at least 3 cloud system Sales/Service/Financial/Commerce /Marketing/Pardot.

• Must be able to apply design thinking in the business process es.

• Must have done at least solutioning with 2-3 large implementa tions individually or in lead capacity.

• Understand the business problem and convert the problem into value stream.

• Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation using excel, word document, graphics etc.

• Expertise in any of the t ools like draw.io, visio , lucidchart . Modelling tools knowledge is a must .

• Archimate is an additional advantage.

• DataModelling capability including creation or ERD.

• Self-motivated and capable to take decisions work in ambiguous situation .

• B.E or B.Tech or MCA

• Certifications in Salesforce/ Product Owner
