 KBR is looking for Senior Principal Layout Designer who possess experience in working within the piping design team on Offshore projects and ensuring piping design integrity is not compromised while managing the execution of the project.

 Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Develop unit plot plans/equipment layouts/WHP/Process Platform/FPSO

• Layout optimization study

• Preparation of MTO

• Review of Vendor package

Required Education, Experience, & Skills: 

• Candidate should be a Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical

• Excellent knowledge in E3D,  MS Office, AutoCAD & MicroStation

• Experience in Fixed Platform / FPSO is minimum requirement

• Good knowledge in mechanical handling concepts

• Good Knowledge of support selection and modelling. Special support drawing creation is preferable

• Good knowledge in ISO checking and back drafting and support ISO team on project needs

• Excellent skill to guide young designers

• Good knowledge in conceptual layout study

• Good Communication skills

• 15 - 20 years of experience in above skills & responsibilities

• Knowledge in PML macros development will be considered an added advantage

Experience with  Shell DEP/ Qatar Petroleum (QP), or other Middle East  Projects will be considered an added advantage
