Senior Process Analyst - Digital Operations
Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance preferred alternatively, a bachelors degree in commerce with a specialization in Finance. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of Commercial Banking operations, including bank syndications and loan servicing. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with advance disbursement processes, ACBS, rate setup, and accruals is an added advantage. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 3 years specifically in Commercial Banking. Customer Interaction: Proven ability to handle sensitive customer interactions professionally, including effective call handling skills. Work Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts. System Proficiency: Hands on experience with loan management systems such as AFS, nCino, FileNet, MS Access Database, ACE, and Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, Outlook, with the ability tJob role
