Senior Product Delivery Associate - User Acceptance Testing

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Payments team, you will design, develop, execute, and manage test scripts, ensuring the highest quality of software delivery. You will collaborate closely with product managers, product owners, developers, and peers to understand business needs and provide maximum test coverage, enhancing customer experiences in the web and mobile space.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain manual and automation test scripts for web, mobile, and API applications using automation tools.
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with partners to define UAT/QA test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Drive multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Possess strong organization and time management capabilities.
- Design and develop business use cases to support end-to-end testing of web and mobile.
- Understand and execute Agile Software Development processes, including writing and executing test scripts and data conditioning.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, skilled in raising and communicating issues to key stakeholders and seeing them through to closure.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 5+ years of total experience with at least 3 years in Quality Assurance.
- Experience with web and mobile (both Android and iOS) testing.
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work and deliver in a timely manner.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to lead complex projects, collaborate with teams to complete end-to-end testing, and provide status, impediments, risks, and resolutions to stakeholders.
- Connect the dots, understand interdependencies, effectively identify roadblocks, and work to remove them.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience with functional testing automation tools and technologies (Selenium, Java, Cucumber).
- Experience with API test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman).
- Experience with scripting/programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum Methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Banking Payment domain experience a plus.
