Who are we looking for?

Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience as Storage QA/Test Engineer. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in manual systems testing.

Technical Skills:

Mandatory

 Strong expertise in understanding Server Architecture, HBA adapters, CNA adapters.

 Expert knowledge of OS (Linux / Windows / VMware) system level concepts

 Strong Storage expertise on SAS, SCSI, SATA, ISCSi, DAS, NVMe, SSD & HDD protocols.     

 Hands on exp in Zoning, LUN masking, LUN configs & representations.

 Hands on exp in Functional testing.

 Hands on exp in design of test cases, test plan.

 Good knowledge in any of the storage products like 3PAR, Alletra/Primera, Nimble, DELL, Cisco.

 Good knowledge in Shell & Python.

 Prepare file defect reports and report test progress

 Good analytical, problem solving & debugging skills

 Good in communication skills.

Desired Skills:

 Capable of Server bring up, deployment of Operating System and Firmware

 Good to have basic networking concepts

 Python/Golang/Selenium Programming to automate test cases and debug the existing Framework

 Work on with version control Git-Hub and CI/CD Jenkins

 Work with Lab and Development teams

 Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

 Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

 Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.

Behavioral Skills:

 Attitude towards learning new technologies and solving complex technical problems.

 Quick learner and team player

 Excellent communication skills.

Certification/Qualification:

 ISTQB certified will be an added advantage but not mandate.
