• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with application design and architecture.
• 3 years of experience with Android application development.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work on creating positive post sign-up membership experience to increase subscribers and lifetime value (upgrades).
• Identify areas of investment to build components that will speed up business experimentation and enhance user experience.
• Partner with business, product, and engineering teams to design and architect features, capabilities, and solutions, develop scalable platforms, and enable the growth of the business.
• Provide tech guidance, mentorship, and review artifacts.
• Build PoCs and lead new Google front-end stack technologies towards creating scalable Google One post purchase experience infrastructure.
