Tivoli/IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS, TWS) Job Description Product Experience:1. Working experience on TWS of 8+ years2. IBM Workload scheduler - Administration and Trouble Shooting (Version 10.x.x andabove)3. Experience with Mainframe, Unix and Windows Platforms.4. Problem Solving & Analytical skills5. Good Communication Skills6. Experience working in a Support organization is a plus.Responsibilities for the role will include:1. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills.2. Work on customer support role connecting with internal teams and externalcustomers.3. Develop, Implement, and document operational processes & procedures4. Be able to identify issues related to scheduling activity, i.e., production batch issues.5. Be available for on-call rotation after business hours to provide 24hr support for anyproduction operational issues.6. Work closely with application developers to provide scheduling solutions usingcompany standards and IBM recommended Best Practices7. Install and configure IWS software across UNIX and Windows environments fortroubleshooting.8. Troubleshoot Issues on Job failures9. Good experience on cloud technologies e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP etc.10. Coordination with different teams in case of Issues11. Administration/scheduling experience of batch across multiple platforms12. SME level skills on IWS/TWS - Admin, Configuration, Installation, Troubleshooting.13. Good understanding of Docker & Kubernetes technologiess
