Senior Specialist - Analytics

Role Summary

Responsible for developing and maintaining sales reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. The role includes managing recurring and ad hoc tasks, conducting data analysis, performing quality checks, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Additional responsibilities include building strong relationships, providing backup support, and driving process improvements through innovative ideas.

Main Tasks

Operational Duties:

• Develop and maintain reports and requests related to sales functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage and complete assigned recurring tasks and ad hoc analysis requirements while adhering to established SLA commitments.
• Perform data quality checks to maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective solutions
• Design and implement interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Provide backup support for team members as needed to ensure continuity of operations.
• Actively contribute innovative ideas to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.

Required skills : 

• Experience working with large datasets and developing complex data models.
• Ability to perform ad hoc analysis and research tasks.
• Collect, clean & analyze large datasets using Excel, SQL, Python. 
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Expertise in developing interactive reports and dashboards, managing workspaces, and implementing access Rules using Power BI and similar analytics tools.
• Ability to create meaningful presentation through PowerPoint.
• Working Knowledge in Power Automate, Power Apps is a Plus

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)

• University degree preferably with a STEM background
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a Reporting, Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst role.
• Certifications such as PL-300 (Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst) are a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment is essential.
• Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal.
• Open to learn new skills with a positive can-do attitude.
