The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner identifies, evaluates, and acquires top talent across the organization for professional positions within Kaplan North America (KNA).  The incumbent is responsible for full-cycle recruitment including, but not limited to conducting market research, job advertisement, sourcing passive candidates, reviewing candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and creating a positive candidates experience throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process.


Key Job Responsibilities

  • Develop job-specific talent acquisition strategies and proactively seeks out new ideas and parternships  that support business objectives.

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract active and passive e candidates from various resources including job boards, social networks, and associations and organizations 

  • Partner with hiring managers to evaluate candidates for employment through an an effective interview process.

  • Accurately update and maintain applicant tracking system to assure records are current.

  • Participate in the development and facilitation of hiring manager training on recruitment process-related policies and processes, effective interviewing, and use of the applicant tracking system.

  • Partner with hiring managers and Recruiting Coordinator to ensure positive new hire onboarding experiences.

  • Acting as a senior talent acquisition partner by sharing sourcing strategies, market intelligence, and recruitment-related best practices with peers

  • Assists the Talent Acquisition Leader in the development and execution of recruitment marketing strategies, process enhancements, and project initiatives  that support the goal and mission of the organization

  • Hybrid Schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in office

  • 30-day notification period preferred 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years experience in recruiting, sales/marketing, or human resources.

  • Experience in Workday, or other applicant tracking system or a high degree of technical aptitude to learn a new system.

  • Behavioral interviewing experience.

  • Strong experience in applicant sourcing, internet research, and passive applicant acquisition.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid, entrepreneurial environment; with a high volume of requisitions.

  • Experience building network for effective sourcing of candidates and community relationships. 


Preferred Qualifications 

  • PHR or SPHR certification

  • AIRS certification

  • Strong judgment, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal); the ability to interact and influence all levels of management and prospective candidates.

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (preferably Workday), or strong technical aptitude to quickly learn a new system.
