Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields (BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA). - Proven experience in program management and Scrum Master roles with at least 9 years in relevant positions. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience as an Agile Coach, with the ability to mentor and guide teams in agile transformations. - Strong track record in managing large-scale projects with complex interdependencies. - Demonstrated leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. - Experience in fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
