Job responsibilities:
•	Maintaining books of accounts, bank reconciliation statements, debtor and
•	Creditor reconciliation statement.
•	Handling petty cash of the company.
•	Verification of all-day books - purchase register, sales register, debit notes,
•	Credit notes and journals.
•	Processing online payments of TDS / EPF / ESI and downloading the challans and
•	Working on GST returns and filing of GST 1, and GST 3B filing.
•	Operational knowledge of tally, MS office & other accounting software.
•	Processing accounts payable (a/p) and accounts receivables (a/r) reports as
•	Regularly updating accounting entries in clients’ books.
•	Regularly updating accounting entries in clients’ books.
•	Salary payment process as per the payroll statement from the suggested bank.
•	Sales & purchase invoice verification for the filling process.
•	Bookkeeping of individual accounts.
•	Statutory returns filing (TDS, Sales tax, pf, ESI & PT).
•	Uploading of ‘c’ forms (receivables & issue).
•	Individual accounts maintenance in tally.
•	Internal audit –sales, purchase, service invoice verification.
•	Statutory deductions verification with the invoice & accounting vouchers.
•	Cash verification in the client places.
•	Involved in tax audit & statutory audits.
