Roles and Responsibilities-

Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and SEO objectives.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-value target keywords and phrases.
Analyze and optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements to improve search engine visibility.
Conduct technical SEO audits and provide recommendations for website improvements, including site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability.
Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to increase domain authority and backlink profile.
Create and oversee content strategies that align with SEO goals, including blog posts, infographics, and other content types.
Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses in the SEO landscape.
Generate regular SEO performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with website analysis using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Google Analytics and Google Ads certification is a plus

System Optimization & Troubleshooting:
Monitor chatbot performance and optimize for better user experience.
Troubleshoot API failures, authentication errors, and chatbot misconfigurations.
Ensure compliance with security and privacy best practices.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Work closely with product, marketing, and IT teams to enhance chatbot capabilities.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for chatbot workflows and API integrations.
