  1. Excellent Communication skills
  2. Basic PC and peripheral Hardware troubleshooting(including print & scanning devices)
  3. Basic networking and Troubleshooting, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, Dial up knowledge
  4. Escalates unresolved problem/issues/requests to the proper tier 2 and 3 support team.
  5. Exposure to ITIL processes
  6. Ready to work on 24/7 Shift.
  7. Co-ordination with multiple stake holders / Third party Vendors for break-fix.
  8. Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required
  9. Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide activities report.
  10. Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
  11. Responding to queries via chat, email, or phone.
