ROLE : SERVICE DESK (Technical Voice Support-Microsoft) Job LOCATION : Bangalore JOB DESCRIPTION : Good knowledge and Admin level experience Active directory, Microsoft exchange- email migrations, hybrid migrations, Microsoft teams and share point admin support. Experience on Rave or DFM or Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity. Requirements Qualification : Technical Graduate (Be/ Btech/ Bsc IT/ MSC IT/ BCA/ MCA/ Mtech/ Bcom CS) Shift : 24*7 Experience : 1-5 years of Experience in Technical support microsoft exchange is a must Must have experience of microsoft exchange, Microsoft Outlook 365, Bit Locker & Active Directory, internet issues, bluescreen issues. Also must have experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting & VPN Installation 5 days working, 2 rotational week off. work from office Excellent communication skills – CEFR :: B2, C1, C2. Please add the communication level as per the CEFR framework while profiles are shared Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge on VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting – printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams Experience on Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity Knowledge on Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate difference between Service Requests and Incident Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled Work from Office is mandatory, Bangalore. 24*7 Shifts is mandatory Benefits Skill set :: Technical Service Desk(Voice)-L1 and L2 Support. salary upto 7 lpa Process incentive and IJP
