We are hiring Exp candidates for SERVICE DESK (Technical Voice Support - Microsoft) role for a Leading MNC in Bangalore.
Our Client is an Indian multinational information technology company that provides business consulting, information technology and outsourcing services.
ROLE : SERVICE DESK (Technical Voice Support-Microsoft)
Job LOCATION : Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Good knowledge and Admin level experience Active directory, Microsoft exchange- email migrations, hybrid migrations, Microsoft teams and share point admin support.
- Experience on Rave or DFM or Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity.
- Qualification : Technical Graduate (Be/ Btech/ Bsc IT/ MSC IT/ BCA/ MCA/ Mtech/ Bcom CS)
- Shift : 24*7
- Experience : 1-5 years of Experience in Technical support microsoft exchange is a must
- Must have experience of microsoft exchange, Microsoft Outlook 365, Bit Locker & Active Directory, internet issues, bluescreen issues.
- Also must have experience in Laptop/Desktop Troubleshooting & VPN Installation
- 5 days working, 2 rotational week off.

- Excellent communication skills – CEFR :: B2, C1, C2. Please add the communication level as per the CEFR framework while profiles are shared
- Work experience on Service Desk with good knowledge on VPN, O365, remote support, active directory, troubleshooting – printer issues, Bit locker, MS teams
- Experience on Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity
- Knowledge on Service requests and incidents and should be able to communicate difference between Service Requests and Incident
- Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled
- Work from Office is mandatory, Bangalore.
- 24*7 Shifts is mandatory
- Skill set :: Technical Service Desk(Voice)-L1 and L2 Support.
