Position Overview:
The Planview Administrator will be responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the Planview platform to ensure seamless portfolio, project, and resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Planview PPM Pro modules (Portfolio, Project, Resource, Financials)
Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Implement workflows, reports, and dashboards tailored to business needs.
Customize fields, forms, and layouts to support organizational processes.
Provide end-user support and resolve technical queries.
Design and deliver portfolio, project, and resource utilization reports.
Provide insights into leadership for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure the platform aligns with evolving business processes.
