Skill set:
· Service Now CSA/CAD/CIS certification

· Good knowledge ITSM/CSM/FSM modules

· Develop Service Now catalogues 

· Request/Case/Incident Management

· Agent Workspace 

· Workflows, Client Scripts, Business Rules

· Update Set Release management 

· Integration with SAP systems REST API, CPI etc.,

· Good communication skills,
