Service Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Conduct cleanliness audits and ensure high hygiene standards.
- Train staff on hygiene best practices and OTA platform ratings.
- Resolve daily issues and meet guests for feedback.
- Analyze D-1 CID & EC cases.
- Required Skills:
- Networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- ERP/APP usage, Excel, and email proficiency.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
2-4 years, preferably in hospitality/travel.
