Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cleanliness audits and ensure high hygiene standards.
• Train staff on hygiene best practices and OTA platform ratings.
• Resolve daily issues and meet guests for feedback.
• Analyze D-1 CID & EC cases.
• Required Skills:
• Networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
• ERP/APP usage, Excel, and email proficiency.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience:

2-4 years, preferably in hospitality/travel.
