Service Technician

Roles & Responsibilities: • Repairing and Installation of headsets • Visiting Client site for demo and floor interaction • Non warranty repairs and revenue target achievement. • Create monthly and weekly Reports and Documentation • Capable to communicate with customers to meet their expectations with good communication skill both in English & Hindi (written and spoken) & proficiency in Report/ MOM writing. • Demonstration and Installation of Company Products at Client location. • Prepare & maintain record related to customer complaints & spares records. • Capable for bringing the non-warranty service revenue/ AMC from customers. • Computer skills for Internet, Email, Excel, Word, etc. • Capable for working in Flexible hours. At times, should be ready to work for long hours depending upon customer’s requirement. • Willing to travel once in a while for outstation service requirement/ visit to HO for training etc. Skills/Qualifications: - • ITI or Polytechnic Diploma or graduation in Electronics. • 1 to 3 years of experience in service industry. • Willing to work in shifts • Must have own conveyance. • Should have good negotiation Skills. • Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions. • Should have good communication skills and Pleasant Personality. -Can speak in hindi/english along with the local language
