We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design and implement scalable, high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This hands-on role will contribute to the development of workflows, integrations, and custom apps to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain solutions within ServiceNow including business rules, UI policies, flows, and integrations

• Build custom applications and extend existing modules using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs

• Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis

• Work in agile teams to deliver sprint-based enhancements and new capabilities

• Ensure compliance with platform governance and code quality standards

• Collaborate with the Architect and Development Manager on design and delivery

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and familiarity with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

• Experience in ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, or other core modules

• Understanding of agile methodologies and software development best practices

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Developer or Implementation Specialist certs preferred
