Site Civil Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in road works projects. The role is for executing and supervising road construction and maintenance works under BBMP limits. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the same stream and be capable of handling site activities independently

• Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute road construction works including earthwork, sub-base, base, asphalt, and concreting.
• Ensure project execution as per BBMP specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams at site.
• Monitor daily site progress and maintain site reports and measurements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory norms.
• Handle material planning, usage, and stock control at site.
• Coordinate with consultants and BBMP officials for inspections and approvals.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues promptly.
• Ensure work is completed within timeline and budget.
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong technical knowledge of road works execution.
• Familiarity with BBMP norms, standards, and procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
• Good coordination, supervision, and communication skills.
• Capability to manage site operations independently.
• ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
• Mandatory experience in road works projects.
• Candidates without relevant road works experience should not apply.
• EducationDiploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering.
