Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Olangana is looking for Site Execution Executive with relevant experience of 1 – 3 years in the interior design industry.

The desired candidate is expected to have excellent knowledge on the Interior execution landscape and material usage day in and out.

The candidate should be able to work closely with design team, manage vendors and external agencies involved, have a keen knowledge on the products used in the industry and proficiency in wastage management.

Candidate must be flexible for regular and timely site visits, is mandatory. We at Olangana believe, communication is the key for this job role and the candidate is required to hold good communication skills. Timely preparation of checklists and reports is mandatory.

Oversee day to day operations of the site to accomplish project execution within the stipulated timeframe.

Capable to have a good understanding on the technical expertise required for the job role. Candidate should be coordinative with the workmen at the execution site.

Candidate must have experience in interior execution work such as false celling, tiles work, modular work, overseeing the carpentry finishes and so on.

Candidates should be flexible to handling multiple residential or commercial projects individually.

Job Specifications:

Skills and Expertise

Graduation / relevant B.Com, B.Sc or Diploma 15 years’ of Academic education

Minimum Experience of 1 – 3 years in the interior design industry

Any relevant Degree/Certificate is an added advantage

Diploma in civil / Relevant experience certificate

Expected to hold an excellent knowledge of design tools like Auto CAD (2D Drafting), BOQ- Calculation

Holds expertise in MS Excel, PPT Presentation

Required expertise in vendor management, time management, coordinating with internal and external agencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
