Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound

As a Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience by handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to our Sky Service Cards. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding their Sky Service Cards, including account information, transactions, and card benefits.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, keeping them informed about our products and services.
  • Process customer requests, such as card activations, replacements, and updates, in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors for further assistance.
  • Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and a positive brand experience.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, representing the company's values and culture.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or call center operations are preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
