Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound
As a Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive and efficient customer experience by handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues related to our Sky Service Cards. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their Sky Service Cards, including account information, transactions, and card benefits.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing effective solutions and ensuring a positive outcome.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers, keeping them informed about our products and services.
- Process customer requests, such as card activations, replacements, and updates, in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure data privacy and security.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors for further assistance.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and a positive brand experience.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, representing the company's values and culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in customer service or call center operations are preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment, preferably in the banking or financial industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
