SME - Manufacturing
5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application analysis, or a related role in SHAW Classic version.Basic navigation in mainframe CICS screen and data read and test data conditioning in mainframe flat files and VSAM. Proven experience analyzing complex systems across multiple applications and domains.Strong data analysis skills with experience using advanced querying tools.Demonstrated experience leading user story definition, testing efforts, and solution design activities.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity.High quality, well defined requirements that reduce rework and defects.Clear, current system documentation that supports delivery and audit needs.Effective collaboration across business and technology teams.Consistent adherence to SDLC, testing, and quality standards.Scalable solutions that account for cross system impacts and future growth.Job role
