• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application analysis, or a related role in SHAW Classic version. • Basic navigation in mainframe CICS screen and data read and test data conditioning in mainframe flat files and VSAM. • Proven experience analyzing complex systems across multiple applications and domains. • Strong data analysis skills with experience using advanced querying tools. • Demonstrated experience leading user story definition, testing efforts, and solution design activities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complexity into clarity. • High quality, well defined requirements that reduce rework and defects. • Clear, current system documentation that supports delivery and audit needs. • Effective collaboration across business and technology teams. • Consistent adherence to SDLC, testing, and quality standards. • Scalable solutions that account for cross system impacts and future growth.
