SMG Lead | 9 to 12 years | Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore
Job Description
- Monitoring the effectiveness of IPC processes and making recommendations for improvement
- Co-ordinate critical and high priority incident, contribute in major incident calls and creation of RCA for such incident
- Driving Change Management including attending meetings
- Participate in CAB
- Delivery of RCA documentation after successful incident resolution
- Analyses change records to determine any trends
- Support effective investigations of problems between teams to ensure an end-to-end SLA
Primary Skills
- 9-13 years knowledge on technical application operation for cloud and portal services
- SIAM & ITIL Expert
- Good Management and communication skills.
- Problem solving skills (Six Sigma )
- Understanding of cross systems interrelations in context of the global business process.
- Strong knowledge on ITIL, quality process and security compliance
