SMG Lead | 9 to 12 years | Mumbai, Pune & Bangalore

Job Description

  • Monitoring the effectiveness of IPC processes and making recommendations for improvement
  • Co-ordinate critical and high priority incident, contribute in major incident calls and creation of RCA for such incident
  • Driving Change Management including attending meetings
  • Participate in CAB
  • Delivery of RCA documentation after successful incident resolution
  • Analyses change records to determine any trends
  • Support effective investigations of problems between teams to ensure an end-to-end SLA

Primary Skills

  • 9-13 years knowledge on technical application operation for cloud and portal services
  • SIAM & ITIL Expert
  • Good Management and communication skills.
  • Problem solving skills (Six Sigma )
  • Understanding of cross systems interrelations in context of the global business process.
  • Strong knowledge on ITIL, quality process and security compliance
