Responsibilities

• Develop integration code to provide automations for operational activities in SOC 
• Develop advanced technological ideas and provide innovative automations 
• Design, implement and maintain efficient and reusable Python code for different automations 
• Visual presentation of data in the form of Dashboards, reports 
• Strong Python skills
• Experience in any of the SOAR tool (Splunk Phantom/Palo Alto Demisto/Any other SOAR platform)
• Basic understanding of SIEM (Splunk/Azure Sentinel), concepts of logs, events, alerts, incidents, content rules etc.
• Experience as SOC analyst and knowledge about SecOps (Service now/RSA Archer)
• Experience in implementing REST APIs
• Experience in front end technologies and frameworks – HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, node.js
• Experience in security incident management process, reporting, Power BI, Power automate, tableau
• Teamwork skills
• Self-development skills keep up to date with fast changing technologies

Qualifications

• Is Passionate about cyber security 
• Has Previous security operations center experience 
• Should be able to effectively participate and contribute in investigations with along with managers/leads in the UK and US
• Should be well versed with in MITRE ATT&CK framework & NIST 800-61R2 standard
• Willing to work in different time zones (24X7 shifts)
• With experience of investigating, or involvement in an active cyber incident will be preferred
• With experience of investigation or involvement in highly evasive threats like those involving advanced persistent threats (APTs) will be preferred
