Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead and assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of software configurations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Ensure effective communication within the team. - Conduct regular reviews and assessments of software configurations. - Identify and implement process improvements for software configuration management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience in designing software configurations to meet business requirements. - Knowledge of customization techniques for software applications. - Hands-on experience in implementing software configuration changes. - Familiarity with version control systems and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
