As a Level 4 Architect, you will drive the end-to-end architecture, design, and hands-on development of AI-driven solutions, automation frameworks, and next-generation enterprise platforms. Your role is pivotal in defining the strategic technology direction, setting standards, and championing best practices for building intelligent, automated, and scalable software systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, data, product, and business teams to deliver transformative results leveraging artificial intelligence, advanced automation, and cloud-native principles—while maintaining a high standard of security, compliance, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is a recognized technical leader with proven experience architecting, delivering, and mentoring on highly complex AI-powered and automated solutions, matched with deep hands-on expertise and the ability to influence and evangelize emerging technologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·  AI-Driven Solution Architecture: Lead the architecture of AI-driven software systems, building and scaling intelligent applications that automate key business processes. Design solutions that incorporate AI/ML models, predictive analytics, and deep learning algorithms to create advanced automation workflows.

·  Hands-on Development & Coding: Actively contribute to the development and implementation of complex AI systems and automation solutions. Write production-level code using AI frameworks and cloud-native technologies, directly impacting the quality and delivery of key products.

·  Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to engineering teams, guiding them on best practices for AI-driven development, automation, and architectural patterns. Mentor and support senior engineers in coding, design, and problem-solving, ensuring alignment with architectural vision.

·  AI Integration & Automation: Lead the integration of machine learning models into production systems, ensuring that AI-powered features are efficiently deployed and optimized. Enable business transformation through intelligent automation, driving operational efficiency and reducing manual processes.

·  Cloud & Infrastructure Strategy: Define cloud architecture strategies that incorporate AI/ML models, containerized applications, and scalable services. Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure that AI solutions are deployable, maintainable, and resilient in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

·  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and business leaders to align AI initiatives with strategic goals. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead the development of AI-driven solutions that meet these needs.

·  Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI and software architecture trends, continuously evolving the team’s technical skill set. Drive the adoption of new AI/ML frameworks, tools, and methodologies, ensuring the team remains competitive and innovative.

·  AI-Driven DevOps: Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation for AI models, ensuring continuous integration, testing, and delivery of machine learning solutions. Drive AI-powered monitoring, diagnostics, and operationalization of models in production.

·  Security & Compliance: Ensure that AI-driven solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance standards, such as GDPR, SOC 2, PCI DSS, and NIST. Implement AI model governance and data privacy strategies to mitigate risks.

·  Technical Evangelism & Community Engagement: Be an advocate for the adoption of AI technologies across engineering teams and external communities. Lead tech talks, knowledge-sharing sessions, and internal training to raise the bar for technical excellence in AI-driven development.

Preferred Skills:

·  Advanced AI Techniques: Experience with advanced machine learning techniques such as reinforcement learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision, with a focus on deploying these techniques to solve business problems.

·  Big Data Technologies: Familiarity with big data platforms and technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka for processing large datasets to train AI models.

·  AI Ethics & Fairness: Understanding of the ethical considerations in AI, including fairness, explainability, and transparency. Experience in designing and deploying AI models that are ethically sound and unbiased.

·  AI for Business Process Automation: Experience in architecting AI-powered automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights.

·  Community Engagement & Thought Leadership: Active participation in open-source AI/ML communities, speaking at conferences, or contributing to industry blogs. Proven ability to share knowledge and influence others through technical thought leadership.
