Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality. - Troubleshoot and debug software applications to resolve issues. - Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance software development processes. - Assist in training junior team members and sharing knowledge and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and cultural context in Japanese language. - Ability to translate technical documents from Japanese to English and vice versa. - Excellent communication skills in Japanese for effective collaboration with Japanese-speaking stakeholders. - Knowledge of Japanese business etiquette and practices for professional interactions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Japanese Language. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
