Software Development Engineer 4(ServiceNow)

• Key Responsibilities:

  •             Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HR, or CSM modules.

  •             Facilitate workshops to gather business and technical requirements.

  •             Translate requirements into configuration and implementation strategies.

  •             Provide hands-on configuration support and coordination with development teams.

  •             Act as a trusted advisor to developers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

  •             Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training.

  • Possesses strong development experience in other programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python, demonstrating versatility and adaptability across different technology stacks

  Required Experience:

  •             6+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably in a consulting or client-facing role.

  •             Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.

  •             Proven ability to manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations.

  •             Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  •             ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification required (ITSM, HR, or CSM).
