Project Role : Software Implementation Tech Architect
Project Role Description : Lead the project implementations from a technological perspective. Direct interaction with clients and all representatives. Provide technical guidance and training to the implementation teams and ensure the implementations follow the finest practice configuration principles. Support the Sales and Product Management and Client Delivery teams through his/her knowledge of the product or product line by providing pre-sales support, solution planning, product management expertise and customer support.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Software Implementation Tech Architect, you will lead project implementations from a technological perspective. Your typical day involves direct interaction with clients and various representatives, providing technical guidance and training to implementation teams. You will ensure that implementations adhere to best practice configuration principles while supporting Sales, Product Management, and Client Delivery teams through your extensive knowledge of the product line. Your role is pivotal in solution planning and customer support, ensuring that all technical aspects align with client needs and project goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to software validation.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
