Software- Principal Technical Expert

We are looking for a proficient Technical Squad Leader with expertise in developing Software Products for Digital Power in an Agile environment.

Primary Responsibilities: Undertake the role of a senior technical leader within an Agile squad to deliver innovative solutions for a wide range of business needs on the Windows Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-own the team's deliverables.
• Collaborate with business and stakeholders to design and implement product features for enterprise products on Windows Platforms.
• Design reusable components, frameworks, and libraries.
• Work closely with the architect and architecture team to drive solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
• Review code, provide feedback on best practices, and enhance performance.
• Troubleshoot post-deployment production support issues and devise necessary solutions.
• Mentor and guide other software engineers in the team.
• Support the team's transition to an Agile model of execution.
• Act as the Technical Product Owner for the Agile team as needed.
• Advocate for Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment within the team.
• Work with development teams, business stakeholders, and architects to establish goals and priorities for your scrum teams.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in team efficiencies.
• Support and lead appropriate enhancements within the business processes.
• Ensure that the product complies with the Cyber Security standards as mandated by the organization.
• Occasionally engage directly with support and sales staff to address critical customer needs.

Qualifications

•  Qualifications: Education: bachelor’s degree / master’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering / M.C.A. with 8 years of
• Demonstrated capabilities in:
• Industrial protocol like modbus, bacnet, and device communication.
• Energy/Telecom/Network management/Healthcare Domains.
• Electrical network and system architecture.
• C++, MS SQL Server, XML, JSON, and different parsing libraries.
• HTTP and HTTPS communications, SSL/TLS.
• Automation testing of Web pages using UI tools and API interface.
• HTML5, CSS, and LESS.
• JavaScript (js), TypeScript (ts), Angular web platform.
• REST API and its usage, Security and Secure Design Practices.
• Microsoft Web Stack with experience on ASP.NET, C#
• Energy management / SCADA related applications.
