•      10+ years of professional IT experience.

•      5 years+ experience as a software engineer at a large organization, working with any of the following: Java, .Net, Node.js, React, Angular, Python.

•      Understanding of healthcare business is preferred but not required

•      The ability to multi-task and manage to aggressive deliverable dates

•      Mentor other software engineers at varying levels to expand their capabilities for growth within the organization

•      Experience working with partners with peers from across business and technology to drive outcomes

•      Understanding of cloud application design and architecture for one or more public cloud provider to deliver large-scale distributed solutions across the full enterprise stack.

•      Experience facilitating adoption of cloud-native/cloud-first architecture

•      SME level technical skills in the following areas: application and integration architecture, security and automation along with a working knowledge of IT operations

•      SME level understanding of APIs & microservices-based architecture 

•      Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL database technologies

•      Demonstrable hands-on experience delivery quality software at scale
