Strong experience in manual testing across complex enterprise applications
Hands-on experience with system integration testing and end-to-end business flow validation
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile / hybrid delivery models
Experience working with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps or equivalent)
Good understanding of databases and ability to validate data using SQL queries
Experience in insurance / financial services domain testing (policy lifecycle, billing, claims, integrations) is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage testing responsibilities with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience supporting UAT and interacting directly with business stakeholders
ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is desirable


Own end-to-end testing activities across functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing phases
Review business and technical requirements to derive comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
Design and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, test data, and test execution schedules
Execute complex test scenarios involving integrations, data flows, and third-party systems
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools, ensuring clear root-cause analysis and prioritization
Coordinate with developers, architects, business analysts, and integration teams for defect resolution and test clarification
