Solutions Engineer

About the Role:

As a Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Responsible for implementation of the solutions provided by Razorpay for the Key Clients.
• The individual will act as a key feedback channel for customer's product requirements/ expectations and will close the loop with the Product team on the same.
• Support the reactive queries and requests being raised by Merchants within an agreed turnaround time and quality standards.
• Accountable to ensure successful implementation of platform integration between Razorpay and Merchants
• Read and respond to integration and platform documents shared by prospective customers.
• Responsible to represent Razorpay from platform integration perspective with prospective merchants

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Rest APIs and Microservices is must.
• Technical Languages - Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Java script
• Familiarity with scripting languages or automation tools is a plus.
