What would you do? Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Supplier Relationship Management involves building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. This role includes evaluating supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues that arise. It also involves collaborating with suppliers to improve quality and efficiency. The goal is to foster positive and productive partnerships that benefit both the organization and its suppliers. Supplier relationship management (SRM) is the discipline of strategically planning for, and managing, all interactions with third party organizations that supply goods and/or services to maximize the value of those interactions. Develops metrics for tracking supplier KPIs focusing on Cost to Serve, Cycle time, Contract compliance and Customer Satisfaction.
What are we looking for? Roles and Responsibilities: 1) Strong knowledge of third-party risk management frameworks, insurance terminology, and contract law. 2) Familiarity with COI requirements (e.g., general liability, cyber insurance, workers’ compensation). 3) Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and vendor performance management. 4) Awareness of BCP and disaster recovery standards in vendor environments. 5) Proficiency in tools like Ariba, Archer, Coupa, SAP, or third-party risk platforms. 6) Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and compliance tracking."
