We are looking for an experienced ECM Enterprise Content Management professional with strong Newgen platform expertise to design develop configure and support document management and workflow solutions The role involves close collaboration with business users architects and integration teams to deliver scalable ECM solutions

ECM Technical Solution Consultant 58 Yrs

ECM Newgen Platform

Design develop and configure solutions using Newgen ECM Suite OmniDocs OmniFlow iBPS

Implement document management workflow automation case management and records management solutions

Configure workflows queues business rules forms and user roles in Newgen

Perform customization using Newgen APIs SDKs and scripting as required

Development Integration

Develop and maintain integrations between Newgen and external systems Core Banking ERP CRM etc

Work with RESTSOAP APIs web services and middleware

Support document capture indexing versioning and archival mechanisms

Ensure security access control and compliance requirements are met

Support Delivery

Participate in requirements gathering solution design development testing and deployment

Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2L3 support

Prepare technical documentation solution design documents and SOPs

Coordinate with business users QA and infrastructure teams

Mandatory Skills

Strong handson experience with Newgen ECM OmniDocs OmniFlow iBPS

Experience in workflow design document lifecycle management and case management

Knowledge of Java JavaScript SQLPLSQL

Experience with RDBMS Oracle MS SQL Server

Understanding of ECM concepts DMS BPM Records Management

Good to Have

Experience with banking insurance or financial services ECM implementations

Exposure to OCR document capture and scanning solutions

Knowledge of LinuxWindows servers

Familiarity with DevOps CICD or cloud deployments
