Role and Key Responsibilities

▪ Responsible for monthly account reviews to ensure proper coding and determine

if accruals are needed

▪ Responsible for the preparation of general ledger entries as needed to ensure

completeness and accuracy of the financial results in accordance with law.

▪ Prepare monthly account reconciliations

▪ Prepare month-end and quarter-end variance analysis

▪ Prepare general accounting analyses and schedules provided to external auditors

▪ Contribute to strategic planning as it relates to budgeting and forecasting

▪ Participate in company meetings, webinars and conference calls

▪ Other duties, as assigned, in response to changing business conditions and

Requirements.

Key skills & knowledge

• Month end accounting
• Bank Reconciliation-
• Income statement – structure
• Journal entries – Accrual , Prepaid expense, revenue, and prepayment

Educational qualification: Graduation
