This is Specialist, Recruiter opportunity supporting our English Language Learning (ELL) business across India/APAC, the UK, and the Middle East operating within a hybrid working model. In this role, you will own the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, delivering hiring outcomes aligned to a defined business roadmap.

You’ll wake up focused on solving real hiring needs — sourcing hard-to-find talent, managing multiple active requisitions, and partnering closely with hiring managers to move roles efficiently from intake to offer.

In this role, your impact will be measured by your ability to mobilise quickly, manage requisition volumes effectively, and deliver quality hires across multiple regions within agreed timelines.

What You'll Own

• Clear ownership of requisitions from approval to onboarding

Your 2–3 biggest priorities will be:

1. Managing and delivering full end-to-end recruitment across the ELL portfolio within the project scope

2. Building proactive talent pipelines across key markets to reduce time-to-fill

3. Partnering effectively with hiring managers to ensure clarity, alignment, and hiring momentum

You will lead and execute:

• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and networking

• Recruitment marketing and referral initiatives

• Candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination

• Offer management and hiring closure

• Data tracking and reporting to ensure hiring performance visibility

You bring strong end-to-end recruitment experience and are comfortable managing multiple requisitions across diverse geographies.

You are someone who thrives in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments and takes accountability for outcomes. You balance speed with quality and are confident engaging stakeholders across different markets and time zones.
