Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Technical Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud SFMC and other marketing technology martech tools The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and maintaining advanced marketing solutions that enhance our marketing efforts and improve customer engagement

Key Responsibilities

Development and Implementation Design develop and implement marketing solutions using SFMC and other martech tools ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable and efficient

Integration Integrate SFMC with other martech platforms and systems to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization

Automation Develop and manage marketing automation workflows including email sends audience segmentation and decision splits using SFMC modules like Journey Builder and Automation Studio

Customization Customize SFMC to meet specific business needs including creating dynamic content and complex personalization using AMPscript SQL HTML CSS and JavaScript

Data Management Design and implement data models within SFMC to support advanced segmentation personalization and reporting needs

Performance Optimization Monitor and optimize the performance of marketing solutions ensuring high availability and reliability

Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for marketing solutions including technical specifications data models and process flows

Collaboration Work closely with marketing IT and other stakeholders to gather requirements define project scope and deliver solutions that drive business value

Training and Support Provide training and support to endusers and other team members on SFMC and martech functionalities and best practices

Required Skills Qualifications

Experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other martech tools with at least 2 years in a solution architect role

Certifications Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect certifications preferred

Technical Skills Proficiency in AMPscript SQL HTML CSS JavaScript and experience with REST and SOAP APIs Familiarity with other martech tools such as Adobe Marketing Cloud HubSpot or Marketo

Analytical Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions

Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders

Project Management Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong focus on delivering highquality results on time

Certification Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Salesforce Pardot Consultant or Salesforce Data Cloud certifications are highly desirable
